SECOND ANNUAL FORKS & CORKS AT THE WEST ALLIS FARMERS’ MARKET The West Allis/West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce is hosting an evening at the historic and newly renovated West Allis Farmer’s Market on Friday September 14, 2007. The evening will showcase one of West Allis’ best-known landmarks and provide a fresh and positive usage of this beautiful space. Last year the event drew over 400 newcomers and familiar faces to this Community icon. See it… Taste it… Love it… Buy it! The event offers tastes of wines, beers and local restaurants to the sounds of Opan Jii, a live jazz combo and sights of our local artist community. At the conclusion of the evening, guests will have the opportunity to place orders for wines, beers, restaurant gift certificates, and artwork. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person before August 24th and will be $40 per person after. The Chamber is looking for sponsors for this successful event. To find out more about these opportunities or to purchase tickets, download the form from our website or call (414) 302-9901. Forks & Corks at the Farmer’s Market promotes moderate and responsible alcohol consumption. Participants are encouraged to limit intake before operating a vehicle or choose a designated driver.
