Dear Restaurant Owner,

On behalf of the West Allis/West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce and the Forks and Corks Committee, I am glad to invite you to participate in the fifth annual “Forks & Corks” event that we will host at the historic and beautiful West Allis Farmer's Market.  The event will be held on Friday, September 9, 2011 from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. and will offer tastes of wines, beers and food from area restaurants to the sights of regional artists and sounds of live music.

In its first years, this event has seen great success. Attracting people from all over the Greater Milwaukee Area, we have seen as many as 500 people attend this event, making it one of the most successful wine tastings in the Midwest. There is no cost for WAWM Chamber members to participate, though we ask that you bring two gift certificates for our raffle. We will provide you with an 8 foot “booth” as well as a prep table.  The price for a booth if you are not a member is $100.

So, if you want to be featured as one of the Milwaukee areas best restaurants, then join us at Forks and Corks in West Allis for food, wine, music, and art.
