Jeffery T. Hall is president of Real Estate Recycling (RER), a leading brownfield developer headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jeff graduated from Amherst College and Harvard Business School before working in West Africa in small business development with the U.S. Peace Corps. Jeff is one of three principals at RER, and has responsibility for the Milwaukee-area market. RER's first property in Milwaukee was purchased in 1997, and over the past eight years RER has completed several successful brownfield redevelopments in the West Allis and West Milwaukee area.
